By accessing or using Mixty ("the game", "the app", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Mixty.

These terms apply to all versions of Mixty, including the web app, Android app, and iOS app.

Description of Service

Mixty is a word puzzle game where players unscramble and discover hidden words from a set of letters. The game is available on:

• Web: Playable in any modern browser
• Android: Coming soon to the Google Play Store
• iOS: Coming soon to the Apple App Store

Mixty is a one-time purchase with no ads and no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

User Conduct

Fair Play

Mixty is intended to be enjoyed as a personal challenge. To keep the game fun and fair, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play or gain an advantage
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempt to manipulate game statistics or scores through unauthorized means

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the game's systems
• Use Mixty for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

Appropriate Use

Mixty is designed for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not use the game, its content, or any associated materials for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Mixty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The game will be error-free or free of bugs
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The game will meet your specific expectations or requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixty and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of game progress, loss of data, or any other losses resulting from service interruptions, bugs, or unauthorized access to your device.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for Mixty.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Notify users through an in-app notification for material changes
• Publish the updated terms on our website and within the app

Your continued use of Mixty after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the revised terms, please stop using the app.
